If you send me cruddy discs for a B&P, you do so at your own risk. I always send discs in Case Logic "ProSleeves" (by far the best), but if you send me discs in something else, I will use what you sent me. I do like to etrade, its cheaper and faster, and I don't have to screw around at the post office, one of the most dangerous places in the world. in response to the flurry of debate regarding shn verification, I am in the process of re-checking evrything on my list with the db.etree shn files.
