Some Basic Rules: 1. DAO only, TAO ruins everything. 2. I use high quality blanks, I expect the same in return. I use Fujifilm. 3. Use bubble mailers and use sleeves for the discs. 4. Don't write on the CD-R, just slip a piece of paper that has the basic info on it into the sleeve w/ the disc. 5. Finally, keep good communication, and just be honest.
