1. bubble mailer and sleeves (paper/plastic/tyvek)
2. quality dvds (TDK, Taiyo Yuden, Sony) with no misburns, fingerprints, oil, scratches, etc. (+ or -)
3. communication (dvds burned/verified, package mailed, package received, etc.)
4. no one sends out earlier, unless they want to. i expect a mutual send date. (this is probably the most negotiable rule, especially if i contact you first)
5. i VERIFY that my end of the deal works in my dvd player, i expect you to do the same. i expect new copies if something does not work (that could have been avoided on your part).
6. dont write on my discs. i wont write on yours. but do note what shows on which discs.

if you send a generic/crappy disc and there is a write error, thats on you and i will not replace it. on the other hand, if you send a quality disc and it seems as if its my fault that the burn failed (im very lenient on this), i will replace with Taiyo Yuden DVD-Rs or Sony DVD+Rs. of course, if you send a dirty disc, no matter what that is your fault. i dont care if i break your disc, if it was dirty before i got it, youre out of luck.
notes:
* PAL dvds have been "converted" to NTSC with ifoedit. they are available in both formats. i will send in NTSC format unless you remind me to burn the PAL version. i will not be held responsible for player compatibility issues.
* single layer discs burned at 8x. will burn at 4x if requested.
* double/dual layer disc burned at 2.4x. no exceptions (takes long enough as it is)
* b&p: i prefer 8x discs. even if they are rated higher, i will most likely burn at 8x.
* life over trades/b&ps -> trades take precedence over b&ps -> 8x discs -> 4x discs
