I extract with EAC and burn with Adaptec (using DAO, of course). I generally use Maxell or TDK, but will accept any serious name brand (no generic, Imation, Memorex or house brands, please). I don't use jewel cases. While I'm only interested in shows of outstanding sound quality, I don't require source info (but send it if you have it).
