• "from FLAC/SHN" means the source is either flac or shn, ie loseless, but I can't remember which, if you really need to know, I can check my nfo files
• "from trade" means I got the show from a trade and the source is loseless
• "from Archive.org" means I downloaded the show from Archive.org, these are also loseless
• "from mp3" means the source is mp3, I don't like mp3 source, but its better than nothing and clearly labeled to avoid confusion
