I don't trade much anymore unless you have something really interesting. I do have lots of shows/mixes in mp3 format because unfortunately many people only use this format. Take it or leave it. Some of these discs you won't find in lossless format anymore, but for the most part the jambands and taper friendly bands are all in lossless. Mixes are mp3
