A note about my grading system: I am very stringent when it comes to grading the sound quality of my shows. Even most SBD's don't automatically get A+'s. For a show to get an A+ it has to be orgasmically good quality-- like you were there, standing right next to the speakers. All my shows that are graded "A" are still EXCELLENT quality. Well here's my system, basically:
A+: best show you'll ever hear
A: excellent quality, no real hiss
A-: still great quality, maybe a little analog hiss or distortion on large peaks
B(+/-): Highly listenable, most AUDs fall into "B". This means a bit distant sounding at times, or more distortion on peaks, maybe a more noticable hiss between songs. Still a good sounding show, very listenable.
C(+/-): Listenable, but not great. Sound is starting to deteriorate. More distortion on lower peaks, more hiss, etc. Sound is OK at best.
D(+/-): Pretty crappy sound. I only have this for the novelty and for lack of a better source.
