4) Mail using regular postal rate - No expensive "Priority"

5) Always use paper or plastic protective sleeves & mail in a protective or "Bubble" mailer.

6) No writing on the cd's - Please identify each disc in a trade w/ a post-it or place a slip of paper identifying disc into it's protective sleeve.

7) Once a trade is confirmed on each end, you have to get everything on its way at the agreed upon transfer time.

8) Not trading anything that will get me into trouble w/ johnny law!!!

9) Always enclose or e-mail any artwork and/or setlists you may have for shows involved in trade.  I have artwork for all of my shows, if you want it just ask.

(SOUND QUALITY GRADE SCALE)

-80-85% on how the actual recording sounds

-some deductions are made for: a) missing songs, b) too many cuts, c) poor audio edits & d) if the show was just plain lame i might subtract a 1/3rd of a grade (despite the exceptional sound quality of the recording)

-i might add to a 1/3rd of a grade if the show was recorded a long time ago & has good sound quality for the actual age of the recording (ex: a 'B' from 1993 may actually sound slightly better than a 'B' from 1976)
