I don't trade much anymore.  I've always tried to torrent shows as I tape them but I've even fallen behind there.  I have no issue with getting my recordings out there, I just don't have much motivation to go out of my way to do so.  Want to trade?  Find something by Tool, Puscifer, Days of the New, or K's Choice that I don't have...even then, I'll have to check my PC as I have lots of shows that aren't listed here.  I'm not sitting on any super secret rare shows, I'm just lazy and I do well to keep my list updated with shows that I tape/film.

I'm almost always open to doing B+Ps as that takes very minimal time and effort on my part.  If you want a recording that I haven't tracked out, etc, all I ask is that you send me a .cue sheet from CDWave so that I can track it out as well.
