• Use quality media. No Maxells, and no generics please.
• Do not write directly on discs. A slip of paper or Post-It would be great.
• Ship discs safely in protective sleeves. One disc per sleeve.
• Represent the quality and content of your shows accurately and honestly.
• DAO shows only.

A little bit about ratings:  It is my understanding that the letter "C" denotes something that is "average" (hey, just like in school!).  In regards to sound quality, I consider a "C" show to be an average live recording - an essentially listenable show despite some evident flaws (distortion, crowd noise, etc.).  From this point of reference, you can infer that a "B" show is above average, an "A" show is superior, and "D" and "F" shows may not be worth your time.  I am very aware that all ratings are, of course, based on opinion, and mine are no exception.  My goal is to represent my shows accurately and critically so you know what you're getting.  Unfortunately, there are some etree users who see fit to give every show an "A+" or "A," which just indicates dishonesty, a lack of discrimination, or just plain laziness.

Finally, if I have contacted you about a trade and you are not interested (due to lack of time, or no interest in any of the shows on my list, for example), please be kind enough to let me know.  I don't mind being told "no" if I'm given the courtesy of a reply.  In fact, I appreciate it.
