> When sending on a show, you should include all information that you have on that show. If available, you should include, date, venue, city, set list and recording setup.
> Communicate and have fun. Keep in contact during the life of the trade. This is very important. It doesn't take that long to write and say I'm Getting your stuff together today, and will ship on so and so. A follow up e-mail after you ship is also good. This way I know to expect the shipment. I do this with all trades and would like the same courtesy in return.
> I understand that problems do arise. If such a problem comes about, inform me. The last thing I like is to be kept in the dark awaiting a trade, that comes weeks later. In most cases, I ship trades within 7 days after I receive them. If not sooner. Just depending on my workload at the time. If any problem arises here, I will let you know as well.
> I will replace any bad discs and will expect the same.
