Pretty simple rules. Use well-known, brand name DVDs. Sometimes it's difficult, but I try to create and mail the DVDs simulateously as the person I'm trading with. Be honest with video and audio quality. Send what you say you're going to send when you say ypu're going to send it. You know, use basic common sense and decency.
