I only trade over the Internet.? Preferably AIM or ICQ but any instant message program or trading program (Direct Connect, DC++, Soulseek, etc.) will work too.? MSN Messenger isn't too good of a IM program to trade over, you can't resume downloads.

If you contact me first, preferably you send first...if we are doing a constant trade then we will alternate. (Example: You sent first...so then I send 2 shows to you, then you send 2 shows, etc.)

All of my shows are in MP3 and only have Rock Am Ring in video.? I do have some? TV appearances too.
