My rules are pretty basic:
   * Unless we agree to other circumstances beforehand, both sides must mail out their stuff within the week
   * No AVI/MPEG/WMV/etc -> DVD transfers
   * Use first class or priority mail
   * I generally don't trade audio unless it's really interesting
   * No Memorex DVDs
   * No VCDs (unless it's rare rare rare rare)
