Recorders Notes (Translated by Jochem)
The recording hasn't been changed sound-technically. I have just shortened some long audience parts, so the complete concert fits on 2 CDs.
It wasn't easy to get the equipment into the arena. People were checked thoroughly. Recorded in DAT quality, 2-3 meters behind the gold circle fence center stage.
Note: When the lights were turned on after the 4th encore, "Ol’ Skool Company" the audience, as well as me, went to the exit...
All of a sudden, Prince and the band came on stage again and played "Peach" with the house lights on. A small piece of this song is missing from the recording as I needed some time to get my equipment working again. The little one clearly tricked us bootleggers there. But I forgive him because he played an awesome show this night.
I went straight home after the concert, and apparently I didn't miss out on any aftershow. I was in my bed at 3 am, got up at 9 in the morning, and had the day off. I have spent some more hours editing an uploading. I have the show on in the background and a smile on my face. How happy a Prince-fan can be.
