| Comment | "The secret word that night was Whale Bar. I have no idea what this is related to, but we do know that Whale Bars are regarded as groovy places to pick up girls while on the road, so this could be a referrence to an attempt of that nature. It's interesting that the first mention of whale bar occurs in Nig Biz, the song about the glitz of rock glamouring. Over the course of the show the secret word produces a fair amount of hilarity. "Let's move to Cleveland" becomes "don't eat the whale bar," and there are whale bars popping up in Penguin In Bondage ("she smells like a whale bar in bondage, boy") and Cosmik Debris. There are also, perhaps in conjunction with this, references to smells, bad smells of course as we would expect. One of the rarities on this tour, Stinkfoot, fits in like a glove here, and it's funny how it mutates into Stinkdick" (attributed to globual, July 2006). |
