| Note | The recording itself is very nice, but there is a definate analog presence throughout, so there is buzzing throughout the show. There is a bit of chatter, but mostly between songs, and a bit of fluctuation, but that's to be expected from an outdoor gig. Also, sadly, this is TAO. However, you know this is an awesome show, and the setlist is super-tasty, especially considering what songs the band had to work with at this stage. The TOTD reunion is really cool, but the taper screwed up big time. For some reason, when those songs hit, the quality of the recording drops to the B-/C+ range, and there are a couple of drop-outs during the two tunes. I don't think this is just on my copy. I'd love to find a better source for this show, so if you have one, please contact me. |
