He brings the kid to the stage and sings the last verse on his knees hugging the kid. -There is a half-second drop out during Automatic Stop. This is taped with good equipment, but mics had to be put at waist level because of security making life difficult - and thus were not pointed directly to the PA. So imagine listening to a high quality Strokes recording, but with the comfortor of your bed over your head. The show itself was excellent, it was only the third Strokes show in more than 10 months, the first of the tour, and the first in more than two months. Musically, it is phenomenal, Julian's voice is in great shape .. although he is so drunk, his stage banter is a little confusing. Location: Sadly at waist-level, 15' from left stack.
