 04:56.
-A Maxell MX 110 was used for the recording for all of d1 and d2 from t01-10. An
 XLII 90 was used for the remainder. Time was not good to the metal cassette
 and it suffers from some warbly highs, however the type II cassette sounds just
 fine.

EB opened for The Grateful Dead this date and 7/14/90

I have seen other copies of this floating around and even a soundboard. This
audience recording gives you the idea of what it sounded like as people were
coming into the stadium. I believed it rained and you can hear the taper putting
duct tape around something in between songs. This is not a mint recording but
rather a time capsule of the afternoon.

Live Soundboard/Audience Matrix.

A pseudonym gig billed as Los Buttex.  First set is the band only with local guitar great Josh Alan sitting in.  All long guitar instrumentals.  All great.  I can't recall the titles, but you will recognize a couple of them. Second set is Edie and the band (no Josh Alan). Great sounding show from the cassette master (I probably didn't own a DAT machine yet).  There are no dolby issues or tape azimuth issues.  No tape hiss.  One small cut at the beginning of She (a couple of seconds).  All else is complete.  Tape flips have been repaired.

I have no information on this show other that it is a audience recording.  This
is a very noisy crowd and it makes for a rough listen in spots. It is not a mint
recording only a time capsule into this bands history. 

Right before track 14 you hear a woman say (almost into the tapers microphone)
she wants to leave by 11P. This would  indicate why track 16 cuts. On my copy
there is a cut then it picks up and you can hear the taper leaving the venue
with recorder still on and then he shuts it off  again in the hall as the band
plays on. I did not include this as it really is not show casing any music at
that point.

REVIEW
Aud sourced, and probably for completists only.  The level drop to almost nothing in She and then pick up again on the tape flip.  The date is early December.  Edie mentions just before the end that they will be on Saturday Night Live the following Saturday, and their appearance was on December 8th of 1990.
