Notes: As I was raising the stand, a cable snagged, causing drop outs and cable noise.  Approximately 7 secs. of the very beginning of No Such Thing had to be removed (between "Good Evening, Boston" and where I pick up the song.  Approximately 35 min. into the show, I was asked to lower the stand to shoulder height (~5.5 ft. from ~8.5 ft), some minor disturbance noted as the mics are lowered.  Sound is still very good, but perhaps a bit more audience chatter is picked up.
