Notes:
-Incomplete recording - only a 120 minute DAT was used. Therefore the tail end
 of d2t05 is cut, and no encore was recorded ("Whipping Post").
-Gradual right channel decrease starting at d1t09. This becomes most noticeable
 on d2t04, where at roughly 07:46 there is about a 7dB difference. This was due
 to a battery problem. Puttering in and out occurs at 14:28 in the right
 channel.
-Resampled with SoX to 44.1kHz (polyphase setting).
