Notes:  This show had to be recorded with the internal mics of the Marantz PMD661 instead of the akg460mod mics which is my normal setup.  I forgot the DVD battery that it used to power the UA5 preamp and the akg microphones.  I had to improvise and tape the recorder to the mic stand and raise it up as high as the akg mics would have gone.  Even though the record level was set way down the recording still came out distorted due to the close proximity to the right stack speaker and the fact that this was an indoor arena.  Luckily the iZotope RX3 smoothed out most of the clipping and distortion.  You will still hear distortion and bottoming out on songs like Squirm, Seven and especially DDTW and at other times due to the bass drum kick or heavy bass guitar. There was no way to normalize the tracks after performing the declip function as it increased the gain and you can hear the distortion again.  At least there is atape from this show.
