NOTES:
1. The two sets of microphones were mounted on one 4' stand, at the lip of the stage. 
2. First generation DAT clones were used in the DAT > CD-R transfers.
3. The two CD-R's used in the FLAC transfer were burned directly from the first generation DAT clones.
4. There is a very brief "click" between tracks 8 & 9, 9 & 10, 10 & 11, 11 & 12 and 12 & 13. I believe the click is a result of the CD burning software (EZ CD Creator)    I was using at the time. Fortunately, the click is faint, very brief and occurs only between songs.
