Note:
This show arrived to me on CDR - exact MD>CDR equipment not known.  For unknown reasons, disc#1 contained brief blank spaces between the first four tracks and overall I wanted to re-do the track indexing on both discs.  As a result, I recombined the tracks into one WAV file for each disc using EAC "Copy Range" mode.  I then removed the blank spaces on disc #1 and added fade in/out on each disc using SoundForge.  Files were then re-indexed using CDWAV and transfered to SHN.  Sector boundaries verified using shntool (v.1.01).
