Notes: I received my copy of this show directly from the taper, unfortunately my copy fell
prey to encroaching diginoise, fortunately I had made a copy for my friend Guy Gimbrone (RIP)
after I originally received the show.  This transfer was made from his copy which was found 
with his estate after he died.  I crossfaded all 3 discs together in Soundforge before
retracking was done (the taper had applied fades to the end and beginnings of each disc) and
removed a few prominent digi-pops with the pencil tool.

This seed dedicated to the memory of Guy Gimbrone 2/6/68 - 9/9/03, I miss you meatball.

Notes:  This was one of my first recordings.  There are a couple of errors (during Money & changing discs in Interstellar) and I didn't do any editing of the recording.  It still sounds good, though.  This was a fun show in a now-extinct jam band club.  When I made the recording, I did not have a computer, so a friend transfered the MDs to CD for me. Rock and rollers Marc Ford (Black Crowes), Johnny Neel (The Allman Bros.), Berry Oakley (vocals with Robby Krieger and OKB), Duane Bettis (OKB and Backbone), and Alex Orbison (Backbone) have come together to become Blue Floyd â€” and they are set to take the Whitaker Center stage on June 27 for a concert event that has been billed as "blues exploration into the music of Pink Floyd."

With the Allman Bros. serving as a seeming common denominator of the group â€” Johnny Neel was the former keyboardist and vocalist and Duane Betts is the son of Allman Bros.â€™ Dickey Betts, among other tie-ins â€” the band performs the music of Pink Floyd in a very Allman Bros.-esque style â€” a thinking manâ€™s blues if you will, adding more complex lines and a technical twist to the classic tunes.
