(1) DAO shows only. If there are gaps, clicks, skips or anything between tracks I'm not interested. (2) Always open to B&P's. It's the turn around time that varies. (3) Use name brand discs. I don't care which brand. (4) If I'm sending less than about four discs, I usually do not use any bubble wrapping. I will use a manilla envelope folded to protect the discs. If this is a problem, I will bubble wrap. (5) If you ever have any problems with something I send you, let me know. If it's something I screwed up on I will make it right.
