I STRONGLY prefer to trade in .shn format, but if I have to take an audio, then so be it. I'm not a big Brand-Nazi when it comes to .shn trades, but If it's going to be audio, my Jeep only likes Verbaitm Datalifes or anything GOLD (go Figure). I'm also a big fan of communication. I don't want your life story or anything, but a simple note to let each other know when something was sent/received is allways nice. And of course... Number Five!
