Be Honest and forthright about quality and any gliches.
DAO (Disc At Once) only. No MP3 sourced discs.
No generic CDRs (Also, no Fuji Spirals or Memorex).
Send discs in sleeves. No jewel boxes (they only get destroyed and could destroy the discs as well).
Do not write on discs (I prefer a post-it note or a slip of paper in the sleeve).
No fibre mailers.
