1. Check md5's before sending. 2. Send in bubble mailers and sleeves. 3. Use HQ discs. I prefer fuji, mitsui, hp 4. No writing or post-it notes on the discs. A peice of paper will do fine. 5. Be kind and honest. Communication is key! If there is no etree SHN detail, the txt file is in the tech notes.
