The reasoning is that the 2 tracks that ended up on "the EAGLES Live" were over dubbed so much this is a different recording. TLH (Flac Level 8) The EAGLES are playing at the Santa Monica Civic Auditorium and we have up close and center seats for all 3 nights. For this set we were using Ron's new Sennheiser MKH406tu-3 microphones and the Sony D5. John normally kept the masters (we always used his equipment) but for this run we each got a master. You can even hear Mark yelling, "This is Mike's tape" during the encore call. Tuesday is the night that I have and 31 years later I am sharing this with you. The crowd was mostly quiet around us although some very loud claps were removed between songs. A little quiet talking in "Pretty Maids" as latecomers were being seated by us (not too bad). This recording catches the band as they were recording the 1980 EAGLES LIVE album. Many songs here do not appear on the released live CD. The band is in fine form and playing very good tonight. The sound is excellent and from the master cassettes. I Just Loved the Santa Monica Civic Auditorium. Now you can hear the entire show.
