Audacity, FLAC, Tags, & Fix SBEs By OldNeumanntapr I received two different copies of this show from Daspy. One set of files had strong levels but was missing the opening track, 'Not Fade Away'. The other set of files, sent as part of the 'Rolling Stones Flood', had lower levels and was missing track #10 in disc I; 'Heartbreaker'. It was easier to graft the opening track onto the set of files that I already had, rather than try to add the missing track #10 from the other file set. I imported the WAV file of 'Not Fade Away' into Audacity and raised the levels to match to match the files I had previously. I also had to use Audacity to split the 'Band Intros' into a separate track, as the previous files had them as part of 'Miss You'. I did that so the artwork, which I found online as part of the 'Voodoo Halloween' bootleg, would match. I also used xACT to fix the SBEs. |
