J-Card Comment | Ian Anderson – vocals, flute, bamboo flute, guitar Martin Barre – guitar, mandolin Jonathon Noyce – bass Andy Giddings - keyboards Doane Perry - drums Here's my master DAT recording of JT in Colorado Springs in 2000. I believe this is the one and only time JT has played in CS. We drove down from Denver and arrived pretty early only to find a line stretching over a block long to patiently get into the venue. This was a general admission show with a huge dance floor in front of the stage, so waiting in line was really unnecessary we decided and we proceeded to the bar down the street for a few cocktails and ultimately missed the first 20 minutes of the show. But, what I did capture sounds pretty decent. |
