Comment | David Lindley - guitar
Bernie Larsen - guitar Jorge Calderon - bass Ian Wallace - drums George ? - lead vocals on 'Rattlesnake Shake' *Exact Date / Location is Unknown, But Judging By Audible Clues On The Recording The 12/3/82 Date Is A Reasonable Guess. 1. Lindley says, ‘It’s nice to be at the Golden Bear’, after the first song of the early set. 2. The announcer, after each set, says clearly ‘Thanks for coming to the Golden Bear and please drive carefully’. 3. Lindley dedicates ‘Brother John Is Gone’ to Marty Feldman in the late set who recently died, and remarks to the audience that ‘It was yesterday’. Feldman died on Dec 2nd, 1982. 4. David Lindley & El Rayo-X’s album ‘El Rayo Live’ has tracks from Southern California venues, including one track from The Golden Bear from Dec 3rd, 1982. * Dedicated To Marty Feldman, who Died On 12/2/82 ** w/Hints Of 'Misirlou' |
