Legend has it that a handful of folks were allowed to plug into the soundboard for the 2nd set of this show, hence the "Master Soundboard Reel" pedigree, rather than the "Master Soundboard Cassette" provenance that the vast majority of soundboards for the Winter '79 Tour derive from.
