Notes:
Local rock radio KISW flew QOTSA in for a special "Rising Stars" show at the now-defunct OK Hotel. The sold out crowd of a few hundred loved the show as QOTSA had already built a following in the area although many new QOTSA fans were made that night. Listen at about 4:45 on track 1 for one fan's interesting revelation as QOTSA performs a trippy jam. This is a great early QOTSA show--the band was really into it and gave a great performance.

(I don't know if this show has been seeded before from another source, but this is the first time I've made my recording available. Aside from a few low-level crowd interruptions, I think this show sounds pretty decent.)

QOTSA on 2 Jan 99:
Josh Homme
Nick Oliveri
Alfredo Hernandez
Dave Catching
