NoteRecorded from 4th row center, DFC, directly behind the soundman (who was at 3rd row center). This was the first row of center seats open to the general public. Everything in front of the sbd had cables and wires running across them, so no seating allowed in front of the sbd.
So in essence,... This is recorded from the 1st row center seat.

This hall is one of the finest small acoustic halls in the country/world (capacity 350). The acoustics for true acoustic performances is spectacular.
This particular recording had a small on-stand pa system that was on stage, a Peavey pa, with a Behringer mixer (8channel? a minimalist sbd.). The PA was overmixed toward the end of the show, and you can here the pa make clipping sounds in the last few minutes of the show, and during the encore (I was watching the levels on the sbd clip). They are slight, and not really bothersome, but were part of the sound mix this evening, and not from the master recording.
