Tech Note | Brondby Pop Club,Norregard Hallen Brondby Denmark 01.The Train Kept A Rollin' 02.I Can't Quit You 03.Dazed & Confused 04.You Shook Me An incredibly powerful concert! The band is really ripping through everything tonight. As Long As I Have You is a shortened, compact and brutal version. Dazed And Confused is missing here, only the second time known (so far, see February 1st, 1969 for the other). Page checks the guitar-tuning with a bossa nova riff, quickly followed by the other two instruments for a few seconds, Plant says: "We'll try to carry on despite Che Guevara" much to everyone's amusement. You Shook Me and Communication Breakdown are massive as well. Plant thanks the audience for their patience before Train Kept a Rollin'. Page's guitar licks sound like razor blades in I Can't Quit You Baby. Dazed and Confused is dedicated to "the young ladies working the strobes." Page slaps the strings aggressively during the bow solo. His guitar tone is dirty and gritty in You Shook Me. |
