August 30, 2008 San Francisco, CA, USA Annie's Social Club This was part of Anal Cunt's 20th Anniversary tour, that I think just went down the west coast. It's the original lineup - Seth Putnam, Mike Mahan, Tim Morse - playing that lineup's stuff from the 80s. I can't say how true that actually is, but that's what they said. As for the recording, track 1 is 15 minutes of crowd noise and fans harrassing Mike and Tim while they set up, and track 30 (the last track) is 2 minutes of crowd noise and chatter and last call. I recorded this at the side of the stage, on an Ipod that was in my pocket. So, the sound ain't great, but it's probably just fine for an Anal Cunt show. Track 2 starts when Seth gets on stage and then drinks several cans of 7-up - after lining them up on top of an amp - before starting a song. I split the recording where it seemed appropriate and maybe not when there's actually a change in song. Or maybe I did, but I don't know that anyone would notice. I don't have a setlist, but I don't think the songs have titles anyway.
