| Comment | We took a trip from germany to UK to see Prince in a hall.
The german tour only included stadium concerts ( at the time of our decision ) Some weeks later, we saw, that Prince will also play in Dortmund, Westfalenhalle ( !!! ) Anyway, the trip to UK was great. We lived in tent city ( east acton )for some days ( 4 english pound a night ). We didn?t had a ticket yet, and we couldn?t get a ticket for the first London gig ( 25.07.88 ) So we bought one for this gig at the blackmarket ( if I?m right, we payed about 50 english pound ( instead of 16,50 normal price ) ) After bying the tickets, we went to the Wembley Arena. Suddenly Boy George came with a taxi ( !!! ) so see Prince?s first gig. The second day we saw the great gig at Wembley Arena. After the gig, some people gave us invitations for an afterhow party. They told us, that Prince will come ( it was the Limelight Club ) But Prince wasn?t there !!! Some days later ( at home ) we heard, that Prince made his aftershow gig in the night from 25.07. - 26.07.88 at the Camden Palace, with Ron Wood as special guest !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" |
