After three great tours of Gary Paolson on guitar, Amit Chatterjee was the new replacement. I remember being very impressed with Chatterjee, and I remember this being a really great show. It almost seems crazy that I haven't listened to this in the past 10+ years. So working on this show brought back all those memories and they were accurate. This show was great, the playing was great, the musical selection was great, and the audio quality was much better than I remembered. It's a win-win-win. But there are some songs I couldn't identify. I tried my best, but I still couldn't find them. Please help identify all of the sample songs below. The recording itself is a solid A+ rating. To me, that means it sounds better than a commercial product. This recording is crystal clear, and has a full 60+ decibels of dynamic range. No equalization or compression was added. I only made sonic edits to remove microphone noise, coughs, and sneezes during the most delicate moments. Otherwise, this recording is exactly what I captured the night of the show. Since DAT records 48Khz, there will not be a 96Khz version offered. Instead, both 48Khz, and 44.1Khz (CD) versions of the show are in this one download. |
