Al Jourgensen – vocals John Bechdel – keyboards Sin Quirin – guitar Aaron Rossi – drums Tony Campos – bass Cesar Soto - guitar I went to the Ministry with low expectations so as not to disappoint myself. However I was pleasantly surprised. The band itself is really solid and Al managed to keep his energy up the whole time. The band members are interesting to watch because the guitarists, bass player, and drummer are all tough looking metal guys but the keyboard player looks like he is from an 80s synth pop band. The end of the show was one of the neatest I have seen. At the end of Khyber Pass, Al leaves the stage leaving the band to play by itself for a while as if to acknowledge it’s the band members, not Al, that keep this thing going. Each band member did a solo performance and walked off stage for the next band member to play his solo. The last two guys were the drummer and keyboard player. I expected the drummer to be last, but it was the keyboard player who stayed the longest perhaps as an homage to the Ministry of the early 1980s. Notes: Rio Grande Blood was played before Señor Peligro at the shows before and after this particular show. Perhaps it was skipped because of the beer can incident. I also taped the last 6 and a half minutes of the Hemlock set.
