It probably goes without saying that it's a good idea to keep files and file structures as you found them when re-seeding, but in this case none of the shn files were numbered and all the files were together in the same folder. So I organized and numbered the shn files, placed the artwork in a new folder, and also made this new, more complete text file. Lastly, I created new checksums. The original info and md5 files are also included to establish lineage. Thanks to anyone who had a hand in getting this fine release out to the trading community. I haven't listened to every 1981 Rush show, but my understanding is that this release is generally regarded to be up there with "Chicago The Definitive Edition" (March 1) as the best AUD recordings from 1981. Enjoy! Original Comments and Reviews: Galt Speaks: This verion was rematered from 1st generation metal tapes that came from the reel to reel master tapes. It is the best version of this show to surface. Unless someone can unearth the masters, this is it!! Enjoy!!! |
