| J-Card Comment | Thanks to fellow Dime member richardbajor, I have inherited over a hundred Cocteau Twins live recordings. Some are still on cassette and will have to be digitised, some are already WAVs and still need to be split into individual tracks and some are good to go. Some may have been uploaded here before though I wouldnÕt be able to check whether if theyÕre the same or different sources. IÕd be more than happy to receive any lineage info any of you may have and also any cuttings, photos and the like as IÕd like to start a Cocteau Twins live archive and the more stuff on there, the more complete it will be. I will edit the list of recordings and post with one of the next torrents and will work through them in a random manner unless I decide to do it chronologically. This is number three in the series, just fancied something different to listen to today. The quality is ok but nothing great. Nice to hear Pale Clouded White have an outing on this little tour. This is one of the last shows before the band changed the way they approached playing live. After this tour, the shows were more gentle and nowhere near as aggressive as they had up until 1985, with set lists consisting of new quieter songs and just the odd song from early albums. |
