6th December 2008 At the Nightmare Before Christmas Festival, Minehead Taper: lovelessrapture Source: MM-MCSM-4 + MM-CBM Battery Box > Tunetalk + Ipod > Audacity (amplify & normalise) 1 - Intro 2 - Godfather 3 - Night Of The Hunter (Remix) 4 - Cape Fear 5 - Experiment In Terror 6 - One Step Beyond 7 - Rosemary's Baby 8 - The Devil Rides Out (Remix) 9 - Spider Baby 10 - The Omen (Ave Satani) 11 - Henry: Portrait Of A Serial Killer 12 - Vendetta 13 - Investigation Of A Citizen Above Suspicion 14 - Twin Peaks: Fire Walk With Me 15 - Take Me Up To The Ballgame??? 16 - Der Golem 17 - Charade From experiment in terror onwards the quality takes a huge dip as there's a really annoying interferance noise on the recording, so this is my least favourite of the shows I taped. It also doesn't help that the crowd are even more chatty than on any other recording. They all seem to be europeans which does make me wonder why would you travel hundreds of miles, if not more, to see patton etc so you can talk over the top of it? Ah well, such is concert going I guess. On the plus side the setlist is the entire album, only they changed the ordering a little bit. But unless another recording of this show, or the sunday or the monday in London turn up I think this is the best we'll get unfortunately. Please share freely and at CD quality, downgrade to mp3 for your own private use only. :) |
