* Originally by Sixpence None The Richer (1997) & Originally by Shania Twain (1995) $ Originally by Dixie Chicks (1998) This is a recording of Avril Lavigne from June 1999 at the Quinte Spirit Festival in the Town of Greater Napanee. This is a yearly festival (as of 1998) for local talent, arts & crafts. I originally seeded this show with the wrong date (2001). But after contacting the Management of the Quinte Spirit Festival, I found the correct date in 1999. She was 14 in this recording. The Napanee Chamber of Commerce confirmed the date of the show is from June of 1999, but did not specify an exact day.
