| J-Card Comment | Taper comments: Here's the fifth and final installment of my mini-CGB flood. This show was the last time I saw Gate live but there was some new things, too. It had been 6 years since I had last seen CGB and every time that I had seen him previously, he played in a large bar with a stage. This time, Gate played the Bluebird Theatre which is really a nice venue. I believe Gate played two shows on this date and this recording is from the second show. Also, it was one of my first DAT recordings and getting used to a new deck, I missed about 20 min of the show and so the recording time for this show is only about an hour. I'm pretty sure this is Gate's last show in Colorado. Sample included - enjoy. |
