Imperfections in Everlasting Gaze were repaired. There was an odd jump in volume from disc 1 to disc 2, now corrected. All XRT mentions, DJ v/o's and mindless babble was cut, a good 7 or 8 minutes of just total blah-dy blah-dy blah...gone. All show material remains, all banter, intro's, false starts, bad story telling...it's all there. The show has only been edited to smoothly run from song 1 to 23, like one long uninterrupted show. I saw when this was posted at DIME that one person commented about liking the DJ banter too. I was dumbfounded, appalled even. But I quickly realized, there it is, the true fact that you'll never please everyone, ever. Why try? Not gonna. |
