According to tour references it was A and V recorded by the crew, which would explain why its over everyone's heads but NOT shot from the balcony! (Knowing the Forum as a venue Id say it was shot from the mixing desk area from a tripod.) Sound is audience rather than soundboard, which is a shame! The camera is steady, though it has a slightly annoying autofocus to it, which means after every blast of lights and strobes it takes a second to refocus.
