| Note | Lineage: CDR trade > Wave Repair 4.9.3 to fix minor index clicks and three gaps between tracks on audience and two on SBD (4-5, 7-8). Manually cleaned a segment of rythmic static on "When The Night Comes Falling" from around 2:40 to 3:40 [not reported on DFF]. The trade CDRs featured cd1 "Shake A Hand" to "Seeing The Real You" and cd2 "Across The Borderline" to "Knockin' On Heaven's Door". Tracks re-grouped to contain audience recording only on cd1 and sbd recording only on cd2. Ballad of a Thin Man SBD circulates cropped at start and features as such on these CDr copies.
