It is likely from the late-1989 European leg of the Mosquitoes tour, as Stan's hair is considerably longer than it was in the other videos shot during the early summer European trip. Additionally, the fact that he plays the song 'Newspapers' also suggests that this show was from a later leg of the tour as Stan never played this song in any of the many bootlegs circulating from the European leg in June of 1989, or the American leg in August, whilst the only other time this song is known to have been played live was in Frankfurt in December of 1989.
